No, we still ship indonesia

4. Where do you ship from?

We ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.

5. When will you ship my order out?

We usually take 1-2 business day to process, pack and ship your order.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Visa and Master Credit Card, Bank transfers, and ATM transfers (BCA, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI).

7. How to confirm my payment?

Log in to your account and click Confirm Payment on the top right of the homepage and fill in your Order Reference (you don't have to fill in the amount).

8. What is your exchange policy?

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. Exchanges are only done for still unused item, size not fit for you, or defective items, and must be done so within 7 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. All cost of exchange are not be compensated by us. (If defect item or wrong delivered item, cost  are compensated by us).
